Erik Ryde, Co-Founder
Erik brings over 10 years of deep expertise in mechanical engineering, strategic component sourcing, and team leadership to the firm. Prior to founding SkandiTek, he was responsible for late stage manufacturing at Lyndra Therapeutics where he was also one of the earliest employees. He has also worked on the Amazon Robotics mobile order fulfillment platform and on optoelectronic systems for datacenter interconnectivity.
Erik is passionate about developing technologies that make a difference in the world, supporting clients on their journey through the engineering cycle.
Sam Chadwick, Co-Founder
Sam is an engineering leader with over 12 years of experience in medical device and pharmaceutical product development, offering expert guidance in Design for Excellence (DFX) and strategic specialty part sourcing. He has a proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and optimize manufacturing processes for innovative products.
